Request Quota Increase

Occasionally account-holders on the streaming media server will need more than the 250 mb quota initially granted to them. Storage space on the server is limited, and we encourage the prudent use of disk space. The streaming media server may not be used to archive unused materials.

Before requesting additional space, please consider these questions regarding the materials stored in your current quota:

• Have these clips been used during the past 6 months?
• Do you anticipate using them in the next 3 months?
• Can the clips be condensed or compressed to conserve your existing space? (For example, the quality of video clips optimized for DSL may be acceptable and the clips three times smaller than those optimized for LAN delivery.)

To be granted additional space on the streaming server, please submit this form, including the justification of need section. You will be notified of the decision regarding your request after it is considered by the Streaming Executive Committee.
